If you're still having an issue after following those steps, then reply to this thread to request support. In your reply, please include your full name and your email address. Common Issues If you see only the Technical Support forum, that can be caused by a browser conflict, such as conflicting cache/cookie data or a browser extension that's interfering. Try clearing your cache and cookies, then open an incognito/private browsing window to eliminate those possible conflicts. If you just logged into the community for the first time but you're not seeing the course forum area yet, that's because after you create your profile, you still need to be added to the course access group.
